I have a MAGIX 4.0 with an ISDN circuit at a customer site in Pittsburgh. The Night Service feature does not work the way they wish, i.e. it rings 6 times before it hits the attendant like in the daytime. The two operators have DND buttons, so that would work, but these two operators are covered, which removal of is unacceptable to the customer. No Night Service buttons are assigned to the operators. The proper mailboxes are playing in the INTUITY AUDIX. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and more information can be provided on request. Thanks!
