HELLO
HAS ANYONE OUT THERE COME ACROSS THIS PROBLEM. I JUST INSTALLED A MAGIX NEW SOFTWARE HAS UNIFIED MESSAGING WHICH WORKS FINE. THE PROBLEM IS FOR THE LAST 3 FRIDAYS IN A ROW AT APPROX. 10AM POOL 70 GETS LOCKED OUT. WHAT I MEAN IS WHEN THE CUSTOMER GOES TO DIAL 9 THEY GET THE REORDER TONE THEY CANT CALL OUT, SO WE DUE A HARD RESET AND EVERYTHING IS FINE. NOW PLEASE REMEMBER THIS ONLY HAS HAPPENED ON A FRIDAY APPROX 10AM INCOMING CALLS ARE FINE AND THE OPERATOR PHONE CAN DIRECT ACCESS A LINE . PLEASE HELP .THANK YOU CARLOS
