I have a Magix with 2 operator positions working with a PRI, The problem is that when the main operator phone transfer a call and another call comes in and is attempted to be answered by the 2nd operator position it picks up the transferred call, I'm using a pickup button on the 2nd to answer the calls,,, Can I fix this?

Try a Primary Coverage button on the 2nd position for the 1st position's extension number.
