Magix not releasing C.O. lines

Howdy all,
We have been installing the Magix in a bunch of locations for the past 6 months or so. Suddenly, we had two systems in the same day failing to release the trunks.
Best we can tell it is the first line/port that causes the problem and then the other lines on that card (408) follows suit.
They are not releasing the line after the user hangs up.
Magix with two 408 cards. 6 or 7 lines per site and 5-8 phones.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Go under Lines and Trunks. LSGSDS1 I think. Go to RELIABLE DISCONNECT. Set to YES.

If these are ground start trunks, check your polarity. If not sure try reversing the T&R.
