I have a Merlin magix R4 with a PRI. I have night service setup as a button on the main operator phone ext 800. They would like to setup time control for the night service for when people forget to press the button. I have setup the start and stop time and turned on time control and it still does not come on. Please help

If two operators I think you need a night button on both stations.

is 800 your console station or calling group 800, if it is your calling group , you need to put it in night service under calling group, also it maye a miss print on sat start chnge to oo.oo

I have the same situation. I need to automate the Night Service button on our console because their is no one to trust to push it. I have one operator during the day and an AA setup for the night. I've put in the start and stop days and time. What else needs to be done?

I found the problem, THe customer was leaving the WinSPM on and connected all the time. The Night service would not come on while the software was connected. I turned off the software and it started working.

rerictruax,
So did you add your Console station under the night service calling group? Or did just setting the days and times and enabling it do the trick for the correct configuration? I usually log off WinSPM so that shouldn't be a factor for me. Please let me know. below is a print out of my Night Serive config. Thanks for your reply on this one.

It looks right to me. The only other thing I did was turn the time off and back on. Your config looks correct.
