Just got remote access to both systems setup.
Got pulled into this from a Nortel Guy
Found the 6.1 Network Reference on the switchroom floor!
I had to secretly laugh my ass off!
2 Ea. Magix 4.0 systems.
SYSTEM A
Voice PRI and a 100D for a Point to Point.
Point to point is UP as a PRI between systems.
SYSTEM B
Magix 4.0, TDL412, an 024 and a 100D.
Intersystem calls work fine. (between switches)
Inbound DID's work to both switches.
Reviewed switch ID's on the Tandem trunks, they look ok.. (21 and 22)
Checked switch type, Sys A is MERLIN-PBX, System B is MERLIN Netwk
System A can call anywhere, anytime .. no problems.
System B, dials ARS access code, and CAN dial a number ..
but get bumped off at switch A.
-----------------------------------------------------
Trace Monitor on System A, when System B attempts a call to PSTN shows:
829 FID: incoming call
829 FID: station Busy disconnect
-------------------------------------------------------------------
System B has no local trunks.
Use Tandem trunk to switch A for outbound calls.
I've looked a FRL's on the UDP routes (3), FRL on Remote Access(3), Remote access is set to UnRestricted ..
I feel like I'm missing something simple here, and I'm just over looking it.
I've got every report out of both switches if anyone has any questions ..
I get to deal with Networked switches once a year may, it seems .., but I've had 2 in the last month now!
Anyone have any suggestions as to where I might look next?
