Hello,
We have a location in Mexico and we would like to replace the current PBX there with a Merlin Magix. I was wondering if I would need to customize some ARS tables or would the Dial zer0 talble take crae os this so the users would dial 9-01-xxx-xxxx There area few cities still on the old area codes that that are dialed 9-01-xx-xxxx-xxxx I believe that I would need a custom table for that. Any halp would be greatly apprachiated

Programming is one thing, don't forget about the core problems such as electrical compatability, export laws, customs, etc.

The backdoor approach would be to contact AVAYA, tell them your thinking about buying a new Magix, programming it in the USA and then ship it to Mexico and ask them if there are any inherent problems you should be aware of before you commit yourself. Once you get the information, you can proceed accordingly.
