I'm having a problem hooking up music on hold to a Magix telephone system. I have done this to numerous systems in the past with no problems, so this one is throwing me for a loop. The system has two 412TDL's in slot 1 & 2. Line 808 is used for paging, and lines 801 and 802 are in pool 70. This leaves me line 803-807 for MOH. Upon trying to assign any one of theses lines as the MOH port I get an SPM error. I've verified that they are not assigned to a pool through a general trunk info report. Verified there is not a music on hold port alreay setup through a system setup report. Also verified that none of the lines in question are assigned as a personal line. The only thing I can think is that they are assigned to a station somewhere, but I verified it is not the attendant phone. Is there anyway to determine where they may be assigned without doing an entire system info print and scanning through each individual extension looking for the appearance, or does anyone have any other thoughts on I what I might have missed? Thanks in advance for your help.

Actually, a full print all is how I do these things.

But, once it's finished printing, I use MS WORD to do the search for me.
