Phones involved are not operator positions as the moment.
We have a client with four internal mini tenants who want to share their dedicated receptionists to cover each other during lunch or when one is out sick. They don't use MerMess for AA they forward to an answering service. Tenant 1 has lines 801,802, Tenant 2 has 803,804, etc.
They want to cover each other's calls. They are in key mode, but wish not to do the *37 thing each day at lunch.
Can I steer 801,802 to 771, 803,804 to 772, etc. Then put all 4 of these people in each group BUT then have a way for them to log into more than one group?
For example: Tenant 1 would always ring on 801 and 802 (via *37 on the line buttons), but on certain days other operators would want to answer those lines as well. I want to them to log in as a member of 771, but not necessarily 772,773,774 as well.
On another day, those same operators may need to cover the lines in 773, so I would want them to log into 773, not answer 771,772, or 774.
Basically I want to know if there is a way to create more than one login button or tell it which group to log in and out of.
Thanks
