Magix Messenging to multiple boxes 2

How do I set up messaging to put a message in 2 mailboxes simultaneously? I want to ensure that if the person with access to one mailbox deletes a message I will still be able to access it from another mailbox.

That is not an option on the Magix Messaging.

IF you have a Merlin Messaging, Release 3, you can make one mailbox "auto-copy" to another mailbox. Log into the main mailbox, option 8 is "Call Answer Mode", option 3 is "Auto Copy Destination", where you set the mailbox that will receive copies of messages. Messages marked "private" will NOT be copied.

Thanks TTT, I was not aware that was an option on the R3.

They added a bunch of cool features to R3, including the auto-copy, "phantom" mailboxes, where you are answered by one mailbox's greeting, but the incoming mesage goes to another incoming mailbox. You can change the message order from FIFO to LIFO, change old messages back into new, and speed up/slow down mesage playback without changing the pitch of the voice. Partner Messaging R6 also got these features.
