Magix Mess 2.5 6p Auto Att Directory

Hi,

I need to add a user in the directory field in the Automated Attendant. I should have 3 user with the same name but the system ask to chose between 2 user?

The tech there is in vacancy and Im at a remote location.
I found nothing can help me on the avaya website.

The system is a Magix 2.0

You need to enter the letters of the name for the extension that is not found


1. Press "Chk Msg's"
2. When the Voicemail System answers, dial 0#
3. Enter Password-#
4. Enter 9 for programming
5. Enter 2 for Extensions
6. Dial the Extension Number and press #
7. Press 1 for Directory Listing or Recorded Name
8. Press 2 for Directory Listing
9. Press 1 to Enter a new name
10. Enter up to 10 letters, using the letter key at the bottom of this page
11. Press # to end the directory listing
12. The directory listing is read back
13. If correct, press *-#. If you need to re-enter, press 1 and return to step 10
14. Press *-# to back up
15. Press * # again to back up one more level
16. For another extension, return to step 6, -or-
17. Enter *-*-9 to disconnect
