We have issues with people being able to get a hold of someone in the office after hours. I was asked if we could setup an extension to give to a few vendors and other people that, if they rang that extension, it would ring every phone in the building (about 80 handsets)

I was thinking I could create an adjunct extension then set it as primary coverage on every phone, but I guess I'm limited to how many phones I can link coverage to for an extension? (I think it only let me assign it to like 6 or 8 phones before it stopped letting me do it.)

Anyone have a better solution?

If you don't have all ring as a group type on your release, loop a T/R to a CO, assign that CO to all of the phones, and dial that T/R extension after hours.

The Loop Around technique that Merlinman and Tommy have proposed also works well with external door phones.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

if you have paging then a night bell might be a good option. you put the night bell to an analog ext and the from the auto attendant you dial the ext and then the other person does a #9 and the ext number to pickup the call.

Actually, loop arounds work well for a lot of situations, both on Legend/Magix and on Partners(you can do it there too)
