You have to delete some of the default operator positions (usually on default extensions 10, 14, and 18). Go into systems programming, start, operator, positions, direct line, 14, delete, store all. If you wanted to delete 18 - you could enter it at the same time - just remember to press store all after you finish. The system will go through a restart. You can verisy by going back into system programming, and you will see the DLC operator position(s) listed on the screen. If you deleted both 14 and 18 - you will just Operator: 10
