Customer has new magix 4.0 with Mmess 4.0.The calls are now going to be coming in on a PRI, and they want the calls for Company B to go directly to the calling group of agents(772). They are running two businesses off the same switch and want them to remain virtually inedependant of one another.
The main operator in the system is 10 and the second is 14.

Company A: Fully automated 24/7. (oper=10)
Company B: On inbound calls, I am sending them directly to
772, and I have the delay announcements(Primary and secondary)set to come on in the event that all agents are busy, and that part of it seems to be fine. My dilemma is Night Service. Now that the calls are coming in on PRI, I can't assign any lines to night service, and if I try to put extension 14 in the NS, that wont do anything because the calls are set to go to 772, not 14. Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Jim

I have the calling group working, but the call seems to ring about 7 times before going to the next available agent. I'm not sure where to adjust this. Thanks

I still need to link it to the Voicemail somehow to get the AA to come on. I tried to create an AA mailbox for 772, except when all agents are busy, it then goes to the AA instead of the Delay Announcements.

OK, Put 772 in the NIGHT SERVICE and CREATE a MAIL BOX (IN THE VOICE MAIL SYSTEM) for 772 AND -

(IN THE MAGIX) - Under Extensions - Group Calling - MESG RECEIVER

- Make one of your AGENTS (or the SUPERVISOR's) Extension the RECEIVER for CALLS TO 772's MAIL BOX.

This should do it!
