magix forward to adjunct/mailbox ???

Hello all, I have a Magix 4.0 and I am programming it for the customer. They want to have AA answer day and night, (no problem, some special times they wish to forward it to a diiferent mailbox.(i.e, close early,lunch)I have forworded it to another adjunct and still rings thru to ext.when i ring up. I call adjunct and get vm.

what am i doing wrong????

How are you having AA answer?

Lines assigned to the AA or ???

Maybe I explained the preceeding message a bit brief.

I need to have different extentions (5740,5741) be able to forward the calls to different adjuncts. I have tried the *33 (desired adjunct). The system accepts this however the call does not get forwarded.

Are we not allowed to forward to adjuncts?


I ran out of available extentions in the dial plan to add more.

I'd be willing to bet that you did not tell the system to allow the extensions doing the *33 to be able to forward.

Menu > Exit/Start > System Prog > Extensions > More > Remote Fwrd > enter Extension

That should help !
