magix extension goes auto mute on pickup

1 magix extension goes on auto mute When the phone is picked up. Any ideas?

May be a faulty phone set. Try swapping phones or move it to another port and see if the problem follows.

Sometimes customers aren't too bright....the power had been shut off for an extended period of time, the ups went dead, the system reset. HFAI buttons were off. OMG. $100 cha-ching.
