Hello, having trouble getting a DSS 4550 come up, it is attached to a 4424LD, it is set up in the first operator position,Extension range is 2000's Is there any programming needed to make the system see it,I did the *00 and all the lights come on phone and DSS, the only lights that stay lit is the page lights, Can you help a brother out, seems like I have in the past just plugged it in and it worked?
