Magix Digit Conversion

I have incoming 4 Digits going to all extensions perfectly. Only issue is the Console is extn 1440, which works great. However their main number is 8855. When calls come to the main number it rings on console as cover with no caller ID. Also concerned about AA becoming an issue. Please advise.

I am assuming this is a PRI. If so, you have 16 tables that you can use to manipulate digits. Go into PRI routing and set one of those tables to look for pattern 8855, expect 4 digits, delete 4 digits, and add 1440. This will route the call to extension 1440.

Telecomboy, thank you for your help. All good. Ended up being the wrong digits sent from The Carrier.
