Customer has a Magix R4, 412,024,016,016,800gs/ls/id,merlin msg,016. From time to time, when customer dials a random number(there is no certain matching pattern), the system dials a different number. It happens only with analog phones, but mostly with their polycom.

All TTR's (48)have been checked and are good.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue with a Polycom on a Magix. I had a hard time figuring out what could cause it. Finally, I had the client start dialing out with the mute button active on the Polycom. That did the trick. For some reason, the Polycom must have been picking up some background noise that caused it to incorrectly decipher the digits.

Thanks. Now, I wonder why the regular analog phones, that don't use speaker functionality, are having the same issues.

One way to find out would be to put a "digit grabber" on those stations and see what Touch-Tone™ digits are being generated.
