magix calling group

I have a customer with about 5 phones in a group. All of a sudden the calls are not hunting correctly. I have tried Linear, circular and most idle hunt types. when I make test calls the system will not distribute calls to all phones. The group is set up as an auto login group. Could the members log out of the group manually?

Yes they could log out. Autologin only logs them in, doesn't keep them in. Also see if some phones in the calling group are unaccounted for, that is, the extension may exist, but no phone is present. The key phrase is all of a sudden. 99% of the time this equates to: after we changed stuff, and forgot about it... TipHelp@charter.net
