Magix calling group, supervisor logs in but no call rings on his phone

I have a Magix calling group. The supervisor has a log in button ES2, but when he logs in (light is On), calls never come to his set.
 
Not enough info? . . ??
is the group Linear or Rotary? If it is rotary he/she should receive a que call - if linear, he may not receive a call if he is last in the group
 
The group is set for Circular, I have already tried taking him out and re-enter him.
 
I have attached a copy of the Call Center Calling group and also a print of the Operator station. Question why can't X206 log in to receive a call for the group. ES2 light is lite, but no calls are sent to X206 who is also the Selective Supervisor position. I have already remove all of the members and re entered them making X206 the 1st member. Please Help

When I printed station, he was logged out. Just a thought, because he is a selective service supv. should his log in/out buttons be a different codes? Currently I programmed *44/*45 should it be *764*765*766 and have him dial the calling group # even though he is only in 1 group. Any thoughts?
