I have posted this problem before, but I still have no resolution to the problem. I have established a call center, with approx. 8 members. The supervisor of the group is a Selective Service Supv. who Observes and barges in at times. My problem is that the supervisor on occasion wants to log in and take calls. When He logs in no calls ever come to him. I have made him the 1st and 2nd member of the group. All of the other group members are able to take calls. I have attached a copy of his station X206 (At the time the print was taken he was logged out. I have also attached a copy of the Calling group 771. I have already taken all of the members out and re-entered them. I also removed the supervisor as a selective service supv. He is also set as an operator extension DLC. Does anyone have any suggestions or can point me to someone who is good about Calling groups on a Magix. Please Help, you are my last resort.

I see nothing in the Story Book that says they can't be part of the group. In fact, I have had Supervisors also be members of the Group a few times myself.

Bear in mind, If they are doing something else with an SA Button (Service Observing or whatever) then a CALL WON'T BE DELIVERED to them.

ALso, I'd take the 2 Blank Buttons and make them SA buttons (SA-R) just because.

Let us know......

Thank you for your reply, I will add some more SA buttons. I just read the Magix Feature document about Group Calling and found a statement (page 441), that seem to say that in order for the Supervisor to take a call center call, he has to remove himself 1st as a supervisor which makes him a regular member.
By pressing Feature 32 Drop. This removes him as a supervisor. I don't know if this will work, but I am going to try this. I will then tell the supervisor to press the Log In button to see if it works. The supervisor will then have to re-program himself as a Supervisor by press Feature 32 771 when he finishes the call to resume Supervisor status. I will let you. Thanks again for your reply!!!!

Thank you sooooo much. I took your advice and put 2 more SA buttons (just because) on the Supervisor/Operator set and now he is able to log in and take calls. I don't know how to thank you enough. This problems has been haunting me for weeks.
