I have a Magix system that is set up as follows.

When a call comes in it is sent to an Auto Attendant. From there the caller can go to a directory, dial the extension there trying to reach, or if they press 0 it goes to the receptonists phone.(which is the dial 0/timeout action).

The problem I am having is Caller ID does not work when the caller transfers to the receptonist. It does work if the caller dials to any other extension.

All modules are caller id capable. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks Faffy

Isn't that because 768 is the timeout option and the caller id info will be attached to that ext and not the op if you understand my meaning. Say the op is 100, once the call passes through vm, hits the zero option, 768 takes over.

Thanks easternshoreman I totally understand it.

See if there is any more information on the display, i.e., the "more" key.
