Need help from some of the forum's tech wizzies! Magix R2.2 or R3.0 switch.

Short of hooking up a multi-line CID display device in front of the switch's CO lines - 4 total , is there a way to capture CID names/numbers so that we can scroll back thru them - need CID history log function or capabilities.

It would be slick if the CID data was available through the switch. Have a 4424LD at my desk, and would like to be able to scroll through history call list and just press some form of "auto redial"???

That would be a great feature for Avaya to program into their magix R3.2???? CHCOALE should know this one!!!! Hi Charlie....

Thanks all!

The only way I know about is throught the SMDR report. You would change the smdr type to be ISDN(options-->SMDR-->format) this will display caller ID info on the smdr report. The only issue would be the name display, it will not show that. The only other thing I can think about would be some kind of tinkering with the CTI link with the call pop feature. I believe this will show the name as well.

Good luck
