What is the best way to arrange Calling and Coverage groups to distribute a PRI (23 lines) to 40 agents, all ring (no hunt), all pick up, "opereator" only handles returned transfers, and dial 0 out of v-mail?
I would simply put a Pool-I button (the Pool containing the T1 channels/lines) on each agent's phone. That way every phone rings on a call - and the first agent to pick-up - gets the call. You could overflow to the voicemail autoattendant after xx seconds for AA coverage in the unlikely event a call was unanswered - for rerouting. An agent would only be able to handle one call at a time.
