I'm trying to re-program the park zone buttons on a 4424LD+ on the console extension 100 using Quick access in WinSPM (it was wiped out when I tried to add a line appearance button in the personal lines, in quick access in WinSPM.) When I select park zone, then choose zone 881 when prompted, and click apply, the system gives me a programming error [20].

Sounds like the system still thinks the line is there.

Double check and try again.

That button position displays blank currently.

On the 4424, which button are you trying to program... It wouldn't happen to top button in a column?

It is not. However, something strange happened when I originally added the line appearance. This phone had 11 lines in 2 different trunk pools assigned to it and they were assigned sequentially to the buttons from bottom to top from left to right before I added the single additional line. When I added the line it re-arranged the pools and skipped the top 2 buttons on the left side columns. It is still doing this.

One other piece of info, there's a 4450 DSS attached to this phone.

sammy1536: When you say centralized programming do you mean the standard SPM options?

merlinman: No I'm still looking for some ideas on this.

Tim, I beleive you still have another option, if you know what I mean.

yes i mean under standard spm ihave had the same thing happen and this worked.some things will not program from quick access

Thanks for the help on this. I was able to program the buttons through central programming. I have never used that option because it doesn't recognize the top row of buttons on the 4424 and I was not sure what effect it would have on the programming.

In Centralized Programming, press the button for "Page 2", then the top row of buttons for the 4412 and 4424 phones are 21, 23, 25, and 27.
