Magix / Audix broadcast greeting question

We have a Merlin Magix that is hooked to an Avaya Intuity AUDIX LX R1.1.
I think this is more of an Audix question though. Is it possible to apply a broadcast greeting on everyone's voicemail? So when a customer calls in to anyone of our extensions the same broadcast greeting is then played. This would be when the entire office is not available attending a company function or such. Or would there be a better way of achieving this same result? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank-you.

I would use the "optional" temporary closure greeting instead - assuming Audix has that option. Legend and Magix voice mail systems do - so I would assume Audix has it as well. So when you set the business schedule for "temporary closure" - this optional greeting will play instead of the normal day menu greeting.
