Magix alarm question

On a Magix I had and alarm the said, "e911 overflow".
Does anyone know what that means?

You E911 Partition either has no extensions in it....or no trunks in it, not a major issue. it just means someone dialed 911 at you facility and had to resort to the ARS table for X11. If you want to avaid the error in the furure, update you 911 Partition.

At that location they have been testing CID to enhanced 911, this must have caused the alarm.
What's involved to update the partition?

E911 under partitions look to see if your lines or pri channels are added , by default the stations are in
