Morning folks

I am a little familiar with Magix but it's been a while. I need to chage the incoming analog trunks so that the AA answers immediately versus being a delayed answer. I'll be doing this via the console. (WinSPM not good on Windows 7)

Thanks!

For delayed answer, the lines/pools are usually assigned to an unused calling group, that then overflows to the Voice Mail calling group. (and then there is a mailbox that matches the extension number of that unused group, that steers the call to the auto attendant.)

You can find that group, and change the overflow timer to 0 seconds, so that it overflows right away, or unassign the lines/pools from that group and reassign them to the Voice Mail calling group.

WinSPM would be a LOT easier to find the group that the lines are currently assigned to. From the console, you will need to try every group and inspect the line/pool assignment until you hit on it.
