Magix 4424LD+ +1 DSS, Display & DSS won't work 2

Ext.510 is a 4424LD+ w/ 1 DSS and the Display and DSS aint working.
Ext.515 is a 4424LD+ and the display aint working.
I took the phones to ext 522 which has a working 4424LD+ phone and the display worked. I did a system restore and that didnt help.
Do I have 2 bad ports on this Module.

you need the external power supply for the display & DSS to work

It's not the port. The power brick connected to the phone is probably bad. They go bad. Take the power brick from the known working location and test it at the two locations that are having issues. Also note: the wire from the wall to the power brick can be single-pair, but the wire going from the power brick to the phone needs to be 2-pair.

Ok, I forgot they needed a power supple for the display and DSS.
