Good evening all. I happened to be going through the STATUS screen under Maintenance and I noticed theres a Yellow Alarm on my 412 TDL. Any thoughts? There's nothing in the log indicating there should be any alarm. In fact my ALARM LED on the phone is not on.

Any ideas what a Yellow Alarm is for on that module?

Side note: My MOH feed is on that card. Is it like a Definity where RED is HW Fault, YELLOW is Busy, and GREEN is Being Tested?

Pretty much. Yellow is in use, more of a status than an "alarm."

If you re in the maintenance screens looking at the error logs, a yellow alarm indicates a problem on a DS1 circuit which could be for T1 or PRI and it is telling you that there is a problem at the other end. This would most likely be where you have a point to point connection. If you are in the system status screen then yellow does mean in use.
