Hi,

Just upgraded to Magix 3.0 I have 2 calling groups with the same members in each group (nice new feature) my question:

How does the user login to individual groups? Can they choose what group they want to be logged into?

Once you put an Agent status button on their phones for both log in and log out, you will then be able to select the log in button followed by the calling group number.
