MAGIX 3.0 PAGING AND SYSTEM LOCK UP

I HAVE A MAGIX 3.0 WITH 1-800 ICLID, 1-412TDL, 2-016ETR, AND A MER MESS 4 PORT. EVRY 2-3 DAYS SYSTEM LOCKS UP NO IN/OUT CALLS. NO SA LIGHTS. ALSO GRP PAGE 799 DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE 19 ETRS CONNECTED 3 ARE T/R. IF I UNPLUG 3 ETR'S ITS FINE, UNKNOWN IF IT WILL LOCK UP YET. AS PER VAYA I HAVE ALL NEW EQUIPMENT IN IT MINUS THE VMAIL.

can you get in through the admin port on site to check the error logs. I have never seen that happen before. If the system is locked, then it seems like nothing would work, including 799. What happens of you swap the 016ETR to different slots or different carriers and do a board renumber. Obviously the cold start would reset the system. So this would be a trial and error situation. And command buffer errors? Invalid Sanity?? I as would would do the board tests on the ETR cards ...internal loopback and board controller.

so you actually have 16 ETR phones and 3 T/R phones installed? And you have set the ports of the T/R phones to T/R?

Yes I have Approx. 16 Etr bewtween the 2 016 ETR boards with 3 ananlog extensions on them. 1 t/r on one and 2 t/r on the second.
