Magix 3.0 not overflowing to 770

anybody see where a call wont overflow form a calling group to a another one. ive only done this like a thousand times with no problem. could it be the release?? i tore it down and rebuilt it. rebooted. its been in production for years with no other problems. its a 3.0 v7.0

The way it's currently setup, it won't overflow until 3 calls are in queue.

Are you folks using DO NOT DISTURB to log out?

I ordinarily use AUTO LOG OUT, and have the agents LOG IN when they are ready to take calls, and LOG OUT when they WALK AWAY.

The neat feature about AUTO LOG OUT is that it will log someone out if they forget to do it their self.
