Hi Everyone,
I have a site where the main pri number is not programmed to ring on anyone's line (training site for a bank). The individual desks have individual lines (DID's). The problem is with the outgoing lines. The users call people and leave their # but the people don't call back the number the users leave them, they call back the number on the caller i.d., which of course, rings to nowhere.
Any ideas on how to assign a number to an ooutgoing call? In Norstar world it is a setting called O.L.I. which you can set to match each users incoming line.
Thanks a bunch for any help!!!

I'm probably missing a step, but under the PRI programming, set number to send system 'by extension', and then define the 'base number' as the lead in you DID range. The Legend will substitute the exten. number for the last portion.

We are looking to send a number other than the BTN, or lead number in the DID range. We are looking for a way to have each individual user send out their own individual number.

BagsNYC...the directions that jgideon provided will give you the DID for each individual extension assuming that you have a PRI and that you are not stripping and inserting digits to change the DID range to fit your extension range.

It worked joyously gents. Thanks so much for the assist.
