Its as if Im printing at a 50% scale, the borders are huge, and i cant get certificates/slides to print out correctly. Everything is small, except for the printer information I can print out directly from the printer. I tried different drivers, checked all the reasonable settings I could, anyone have any ideas? Its running as a tcp/ip printer on a network. If anyone has any information or ideas, I would definatley appreciate any and all information anybody has on this subject.
OS utilized on all computers is Windows 2000 servicepack 2 or later. All connected through TCP/IP on the network. Im at a loss, i tried resetting the printer to factory defaults, but dont know if the reset worked. Thanks in advance!
