Have any of you been able to connect a SIP trunk from MagicJack to the 3300?
I already have the username and password my MagicJack dongle uses? Also I have the FQDN of the SIP Server where it is ponting to.
What I'm not very clear is if I can establish the SIP trunk between the 3300 and MagicJack SIP Server without having to go through a SIP Proxy internally in my network. They use port 5070 instead of 5060, which is no problem.
I have heard that they introduce a hash in front of every packet to make SIP not that standard. Is this true?? Or... Does MagicJack uses standard SIP?
Any input will be appretiated.
Regards,
Daniel
