Has any corporate, direct clients of either Micros or Aloha switched from one to the other?
If so, I'd like to hear your take on it, any gotchas or comparisons.
Thanks!
I've worked with a few Aloha to Micros switches. Micros is more stable, but Aloha is more user friendly. The Aloha sites we transitioned were always running poorly so the response was positive simply because they were getting something that was more reliable. If Aloha was working well, I don't think I would transition if it could be avoided.
