I'm currently haveing problems connecting a couple of macs to the internet via a ISA server on a win2k box.

The set up is as follows:
isa server on a 172.20.x.x network
macs are routed from a 192.168.4.x network, no restrictions

The main network is running a NT4 domain for authentication of users. i've tried connecting from the macs but get an error from the isa server saying it wants authentication.

i've also put a win 2k machine on the same network (it wasn't part of any domain) and i can connect via the ISA server. Another side effect is that i also can't connect to a local web server on the 172.20.x network it also complains about authentication.

I've tried setting the authentication methods on both servers to basic and intergrated and logged on using domain\user format.

Has anyone any ideas?

Thanks
