i have a question..... how can you send a macro to for soemone else to use in ms word?

You might try highlighting the code, then paste as text into your Email.

The other user can highlight and paste into MSWord

You can also export the module (right-click > Export). Then, they can import it into their normal.dot template if they always want it available.
