Macros in Excel

I need to write a macro to save data from an open worksheet into another file. This is to be done at intervals of 15 secs.

Can somebody tell me how to do it......its urgent

That's a TALL order. I don't even know if it can be done, much less in 15 seconds. If I were you, I'd go to

and email him, begging him for help. He'll know if it can be done and he might even have the code, or something similar.
