Ok heres the problem -
I have an online database (Sharepoint Team Services) that is exportable to Excel and Access as a linked file. What I want to happen is ,for example, have Excel update the file, save the file locally, close the file, then Outlook imports the file, and then Excel opens the file again and starts the cycle over. Is there any way to do this like on a 5 minute cycle? Or is there some other way I can do it through access? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The reason I want it in Outlook is because from there it can be synced over to a Pocket PC. Oh and its a list of tasks that's being synced by the way.
