Macros and upgrading from excel\word 2003 to 2007

There certainly are some. However, your question is too general.
One thing I can say specifically. If you use FileSearch in any of your code, it will NOT work in 2007. Microsoft in its wisdom removed FileSearch from 2007. It is not available whatsoever. There is no FileSearch.
Generally speaking, most of your macros should work with minimal or no tweaking, but some may have serious problems.
If you have specific questions on macros, please post to the VBA forum. This is the general Office forum.
