You can do it but it will be a little bit of work locating all of the files that you need to transfer. Here are some links that will help to answer the questions that you have:
These documents may not be exact for the version of WordPerfect that you are running, but the concept of what to look for is what is important. Look for files with the same type of file extensions listed and copy them to the same directories on the new machine.
