Macromedia Flash Projector and DOS

Hey y'all
My question is: is there any way to make a projector that link to a dos?
I mean from Flash projector is there anyway to pop up a dos (command prompt) automatically type few things like few file path?

fscommand("exec", "mydos.bat"

In MX the mydos.bat has to be located in a direct subfolder named "fscommand", of the folder in which is located the projector file.

here s a link about what batch files are.
i just checked it. (didn't know batch files was simple txt files with a .bat extention )
