Macro to Set a Catalog Level Filter

Hi All,
I have a catalog called cat1 & a userclass called user1 in the catalog.
There is a table called Emp. 'XYZ' is a empname in the table.
Using macro, I should set a filter in the catalog for the userclass user1 to view only 'XYZ' details.

How to acheive this using Macro??

Did you get a solution for this query?I have a same scenario to be fixed.If not, how did u manage this.
