Macro to run Outlook Rules Wizard

I want to create a macro that will automatically execute the Rules Wizard on a mail folder. The macro needs to:
open the Tools Menu
Execute Run Wizard
Select Run Now
Select ALL of the rules in the "Rules To Run" dialog
Select Run Now
If Rules in Error dialog pops up - Select "Close"
Execute Run now to complete the process
