Hello!

How can I create a macro that will run automatically everyday at 4 a.m. ?

That's for your help.

Andre

The best way is to schedule the database to open and the macro to run using a scheduler prorgam, such as Scheduled Tasks.

The commandline is something like this:

Path of the database to open /x Name of the macro to run
e.g.

"c:\test.mdb" /x "mcrTest"

Sometime you have to open Access first.
e.g

"c:\msaccess.exe" "c:\test.mdb" /x "mcrTest"

This should work

Hi Sebkerr!

Thanks for your help and tips. Is there any possibility to incorporate that command inside the access file, because if I copy the access file to other computer the access file will not copy the schedules task.

Thanks for your help.
