Macro to default Sharepoint calendar to current week first?

I googled and found where someone had written a macro to have the 2007 SharePoint Calendar open up with current week always at the top. It was an old article and they did not provide macro or link to it. Does anyone know how to write this macro? Our organization can't figure it out and claim ther is no way to do it. It would be nice to prove our organizaiton wrong, since they are so arrogant and refuse to believe anyone is smarter than them.
