Hi there

I have multiple sheets, and each one has a pivottable that feeds off a data dump worksheet.

The data dump changes, and so when the pivottables are refreshed they expand/contract depending on what is in the data dump.

Under each pivottable are labels/narrative, and I would like these to always be 2 lines beneath the pivottable, even when the pivottable expands/contracts. (Problem is that it when a table is refreshed and it expands, it can either overwrite the labels underneath or not overwrite and cut the pivottable short).

HELP - Any ideas PLEASE? I initially thought a macro, but not sure how to do it.

Thankyou

Sure, Blade. Sorry I didn't read this sooner. I hate pivot tables, so I didn't even bother. #-)

After reading it, however, I find I may have a suggestion for you. Why not just put your narrative in a textbox instead? When I insert rows, the textbox moves down. When I delete rows, it moves back up. However, you don't think I created a pivot table just to find that out for you, did ya? Now way! :-0

So test it out before you buy it.
Hope it helps! dreamboat@nni.com

Did Dreamboats' suggestion work...if not, I manipulate Pivot tables with VB Code all the time. I can write you a short routine to solve your prob.
